Yeah I've had bad art block for the past month or so...in that I can't do the things I normally do (namely, papercraft). So I've just been experimenting with various mediums and styles, like digital painting, vectoring, and animation. I chose my subjects by clicking "random page" on Bulbapedia because I thought Pokemon would give me the variety I needed (though I did skip two Poke's I had never seen before). Anyway, I think I've finally settled into a style and will probably continue to work on these "soft palette chibis."
As far as papercrafting goes, I've been trying to get this Kingdom Hearts Papercraft blog off the ground and my artblock is finally lifting! Mickey is nearing completion (two hands and a keyblade away) and then I'll work on what will probably be Merlin of Sword in the Stone. The real difficulty will be creating the blog itself, as I have no experience in that area. All in all, expect to see the site up in a month or so.
I should also give a nice big for the Daily Deviation, that was really cool! I'm glad so many people liked my work!
